The EMI option may be availed for 3 & 6 months, on both discounted as well as non-discounted products across all categories i.e. frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses. The eyewear brand has tied up with Citibank to offer interest free EMI’s with zero processing fees. The offer is available at all Titan Eye Plus stores in Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi.

Customers can take a picture using the webcam in the style section; this webcam is connected to a monitor to view the picture. This unique in-store feature helps customers make the right choice instantly.

    In July 2013, I went to buy a pair of reading glasses to the Nungambakkam showroom. They were quite professional, tested my power etc. I was about to buy a normal pair. The sales guy coaxed me to buy a pair of Silhouette glasses, because they came with “lifetime guarantee”. Since he was persistent, I bought. I bought only because of his assurance of life time guarantee (paid more than 16k).
    Last September, one of the side metal bars just came apart ( as I was reading) and the whole thing fell down.
    I wrote to the Showroom, no response, even to reminders.
    Then I posted it on the Facebook page. Promptly there was a response. I was asked to send images of the frame. I did.
    No response.
    My daughter went to the showroom, and left the glasses there.
    They (One Mr. Nimesh) assured that they would mail her back.
    No mail.
    She called a few times, and went back again. All staff has changed. Not only that, was told Mr. Nimesh is away on medical leave, and cannot be disturbed.
    Am sure a company of Titan’s stature would assure quality. Or else I would not have spent Rs 16K just on a pair of glasses.
    Am sure these are not the standards of Titan and the senior management.
