The Italian company, a world leader in the eyewear business, continues with its plan to develop the Asia Pacific area and expand its direct presence in the markets
De Rigo Vision embarks on a new chapter in its international expansion plan into Australia, following recent openings of branches in Germany, the Middle East and the announcement of the new De Rigo REM company in the US.
The new company, De Rigo Vision Australia, will be headquartered in New South Wales in the metropolitan area of Sydney giving the company a direct presence in the strongly developing market of Australasia.
The branch will distribute the sunglasses and eyewear collections of the Group’s house and licensed brands. This new structure will support sales, assistance and post-sales in the area and will also be fine-tuned to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently, whilst offering a wider range of products.

The opening of this branch will drive the expansion of De Rigo in the Asia Pacific and will help to strengthen the sales synergies with all other Group branches in the region. The regions of Japan, China and Hong Kong are currently directly managed by The De Rigo Group, whilst the Hong Kong site in particular acts as a sales hub for the entire network of distributors and is responsible for distributing the Group’s brands in the area.
