Chopard’s new model of sunglasses to be presented at Cannes Flim Festival 2016
Every year the Maison, which has been an official partner of the Festival since 1998, creates jewels that are the result of the synergic work between the brand’s various talents and the Palme d’Or, the official symbol of the event.
The unforgettable parties organised by Chopard in recent years have become a symbol of elegance and glamour on the Boulevard de la Croisette.
For the 2016 edition Caroline Scheufele has created 69 unique items inspired by the sensuality and beauty of the actresses. There are many collier necklaces, the most feminine jewel of all.
One of the most precious has inspired the design of the De Rigo Chopard glasses. This unique model with an oval, wrap-around shape is available plated in yellow or white gold (23 carats).
Both versions have a very special decorative element on the temple, recreating the effect of lace with hand-mounted white zircons and visible seams. The lenses have a gold and silver flash treatment that make the glasses even more refined. The presentation case is elegant and the suede pochette box is even more precious.
